Feeding the Problem – History Trailer

My colleague Danny Schmidt is the director and producer of this contentious documentary for which I had the opportunity to be the cinematographer.

“In Wyoming a century of artificial feeding programs for wintering elk is coming to a head as disease threatens the iconic Jackson Hole herd.

The unnatural congregation of animals that feeding perpepuates cannot be sustained. Feeding the Problem examines the social, historical, and ecological implications of these wildlife feedgrounds with the hope of motivating positive change and a plan to move forward with phasing them out.”

Enjoy the trailer and check the whole story at http://feedingtheproblem.org/!
